Should the home not be ready and photo session delayed, or upon arrival we are unable to gain access to the home, an additional charge of $50 will be levied. GST will be charged on all services. Total square feet is used to determine price; this includes the square footage of any basements or other living spaces. Homes over 3500 sqft. are subject to an additional charge. Properties outside the perimeter will be charged an additional $.85 per KM. Cancellations with out 24 hours notice will be charged $50 cancellation fee.
